Q1. Are all products showed in the website?
A: We are not displaying all products on this website now. If you are expecting other styles which are not shown here,please tell us which one you are interested in asap,and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements !

Q2: How can I place an order?
A: Shop with us is easy and enjoyable! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorites on our website.
Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.
Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the quantities, sizes, etc. and add the item to your shopping cart.
When your shopping is done and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for checkout. If you are a new customer at our website,create an account and check out. For a faster checkout experience, we also offer the option to checkout without creating an account.
Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages.
Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct.
Submit the order and a confirmation email will be sent to you soon.

Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit card, including VISA,and JCB. You will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process if you are paying for your order using a credit, and you will find further instructions when you process your first order.

Q4:Do I need to pay the sales tax?
A: No, there is no sales tax on our site.

Q5: Why is my payment declined?
A: The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. A simple typing error may also cause the transaction to be refused, including entering the wrong credit card number, country, expiration date or incorrect CVN-code (the security number on the back of your card). If that happens, try again with the correct billing address.
If your credit card is still not admitted, some ways are suggested:

Make sure your credit card is still not over its limit
Make sure your credit card has not expired
Make sure you typed the name correctly on the front of the card
Wait one day and try again
Try a different credit card

Q6: What if the product I want to buy is out of stock?
A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. We are sorry that back orders are not accepted at this time.

Q7:How do I cancel an order?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department via email or msn within 6 hours of purchasing. But please be advised that sometimes the items are shipped within 6 hours after the placement of the order, depending on the time you place the order ?the closer to the parcel pick-up time (by shipping companies), the faster the items are shipped. Also, please note that we are in the Time Zone of GMT-E8 eight hours ahead of Greenwich, UK.

Q8: Do you offer free delivery worldwide?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery to most countries in the world. (*Some remote countries or districts are not applied.) For more details, contact our customer service centre.

Q9: To which account will my return credit be refunded?
A: Your return credit will be refunded to the payment method that you selected on the return form. If you did not select a refund method on the return form, the refund will be credited to the method of payment for that order.

Q10:How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?
A: Total time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your request of exchange or refund, plus our processing procedure. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be exchanged and redelivered to you. It usually takes 7-10 days. For refund, it takes about 2-4 weeks for credit card company to process the refund, you could check your credit card account in 2-4 weeks later.

Q11: What if I can't remember my password?
A: If you've forgotten your password, click the ' Forgot your password?' on the LOG IN page and follow the instructions on the next page to change your password.
